Wij zoeken een
Building Project Manager!
To follow new building office & H2 Bunker construction respecting the building standard & specification. And also track the planning and ensure that there is no delays.
Dit zijn je voornaamste taken:
Schedule follow up:
- Construction schedule
- Accordance between construction schedule and machine commissioning schedule
- Ensure that technical requirement of the bunker & office building is well respected.
Budget support:
- Building cost breakdown support to analyze with building Manager in charge of industrial budget
o Construction Cost
o Utilities Cost
Building Standard respect:
- Layout respect (machine implantation in factory plan taken into account Machine / Process modification)
- Energy recovering respect
- Visual factory respect (internal / external visual identification)
- Ecosystem implantation support (Indus. Engineer responsibility)
- Land acquisition support to respect Land specification in accordance to Building Standard
Dit zijn must-haves voor deze job:
Personal Background:
- Mechanical engineer/ Construction engineer and weapons engineer.
- Capable to understand power management on equipment
- Office pack
- Autocad
- MS project
Job Technical skills:
- Program management
- Schedule analysis and optimization
- Cost breakdown analysis (capable to filter, analyze cost breakdown by technical block)
- Capable to understand and participate to VSM
- Capable to analyze and identify technical block on the plant layout
- Capable to modify Autocad drawing to propose drawing adaptation
- Bunker technology ideally in the armament technology / Burst / Explosion
- H2 Knowledge
- Building construction
Job Soft skills:
- English (fluent)
- Good writing level
- Comfortable in communication (presentation)
- Potential business trip
