Dit zijn je voornaamste taken:

- Writing technical specifications that will be issued as part of tender packages.
- Review quotations with suppliers for the chocolate process installation during the bidding process to ensure conformance with our technical specification. Contract will inc. tanks, pipework, services, electrical & control system and automation.
- Support the track lead on supplier selection process.
- Be the main point of contact to manage the chosen supplier for the process installation. They will setup regular meetings with the supplier and team (process & electrical/automation engineers) to coordinate:
o P&ID development and sign-off. Includes reviewing/checking pipe sizings and services.
o Process description development to enable the supplier to write the FDS.
o electrical & automation team to develop the electrical installation for the project.
o Layout development and sign-off.
o Develop and manage the project plan with the supplier.
o Manage the supplier during the construction stage, leading/co-ordinating PDIs/FATs.
o Manage the onsite installation.
- Attend regular track meetings to communicate back to the track lead on timeline and issues/risks. Budget control will sit with the track lead but they will need to manage variations with the suppliers.
- Support dry and wet commissioning.
